Wedding Flowers | Carlie & Shane

Today I was lucky enough to receive some photos from our friends wedding! AMAZING, i love receiving photos of wedding flowers, its probably my favourite part!

Held at the beautiful Woodlands Historic Homestead, Carlie and Shane exchanged vows amongst the beautiful spring gardens. Such a lovely place to get married, and great photo opportunities.

Carlie came to me with a brief of yellow and red; her favourite colours. Her bridal bouquet was constructed using mini red gerberas, yellow sunflowers, red prestige roses, red alstromeria and little pockets of yellow ranunculus; finished with a cuff of peris and ruscus. Shane and his best man wore matching buttonholes; red roses with yellow ranunculus.

Why hello there

Welcome to All Things Floral

My love of florals came from my nanna’s garden, while growing up we would pick all sorts of treats; camellias, there would be blossom branches in the spring, lots of spring bulbs poking up throughout the garden, and the grandiosity of them all, the huge magnolia tree which stood tall and proud out side the kitchen window.

All Things Floral is about showcasing the wonderful flora that nature has created for us to pick, style, create magic with.
